Properties: Polyglycerol esters of fatty acids are mixtures of the esters of these fatty acids with the polyglycerol mixture, and generally it is dispersible in water and soluble in oil. The HLB value is 1~6. Usage: Mixed this product with soluble powder( such as sucrose, flour etc.), then add solvents to dissolve it.
